Dr. Aaron graduated from the National University of Singapore (Dean’s List), excelling in the disciplines of clinical dentistry and dental public health.
Prior to joining private practice, Dr. Aaron was employed as a dental surgeon in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital and National University Hospital, during which he gained valuable experience treating a broad spectrum of patients from young children to the elderly.
In private practice, Dr. Aaron has had the privilege of being mentored by numerous top clinicians of various specialties. These opportunities honed his clinical expertise and have shaped his philosophy of dentistry, guiding his provision of dental treatment today.
Dr. Aaron practices the full range of advanced general dentistry, and focuses keenly on providing remarkable patient experiences and delivering optimal treatment outcomes for his patients.
With an interest in clinical research, his work has received top accolades. In 2009, he represented Singapore in the SEAADE conference in Chiang Mai and won the research competition at the South-East Asian level. He was subsequently invited to give a presentation at the American Dental Association (ADA) Conference in Orlando, Florida in 2010.
Dr. Aaron is an active member in the dental profession, having served in the executive committees of the College of General Dental Practitioners, Aesthetic Dentistry Society of Singapore and the Guild of Dental Graduates. In 2015, Dr. Aaron was inducted as a Fellow into the International College of Continuing Education. In 2017, he was further inducted as a Fellow into the International College of Dentists for his contributions to dentistry. Active in overseas volunteer work before the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Aaron was accredited with Operation Smile International as one of their international dentists.
A firm believer that dental well-being is inextricably linked to public education, Dr. Aaron is a keen speaker and has given talks to medical colleagues and the public on dental topics such as ‘Beautiful Teeth in a Day’, ‘Advances in Dentistry’, ‘Tooth Decay in Children’, ‘Oral Care in Pregnancy’ and ‘Diabetes and Dental Health’.
Dr. Aaron is also the founder of the ‘Challenge to Succeed’ Masterclass Series, in which he teaches and helps mentor fellow dentists on the finer aspects of advanced dentistry such as dental implants, smile makeovers, root canal treatment, and dental prosthodontics.
