It’s normal to be worried about having to wear braces for a long time, but they don’t have to have a negative impact on your appearance. The brackets and wires can be made from clear or tooth-coloured materials instead of metal; they’ll still adjust the teeth in the same way, but they won’t stand out nearly as much on the tooth, being much more subtle than traditional orthodontic appliances. You’ll be able to go to work or to special events with a sense of ease and confidence that will make it much easier to smile.
